PROJECTS
Work with BARN OWLS
SOFT RELEASE PROJECT
We run a soft release program to help Barn Owls that come from rehabilitation centres. This is an ongoing project which has been very successful to date. We build nest boxes or modify already existing natural nest sites to stop the young from falling.
Animal Rescue
IRELAND
One area of our work involves wildlife rescue. We specialise in Barn Owls, but also help our wildlife rehabilitation partners on any rescue they may need help with.
Education
SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY TALKS
We provide lively interactive talks to schools and communities about the problems facing Barn Owls in Ireland. This helps to promote a deep understanding that we all have the power to help this beautiful and mystical bird.
